As Head of Content Management & Distribution at the ABC, Rebecca leads the strategic delivery of content across television, radio, and digital platforms—ensuring Australian stories reach audiences everywhere. She also oversees the world’s most extensive broadcast television and radio transmission network and the ABC Archives, the nation’s largest and most significant media collection.
Rebecca began her career as an ABC television cadet journalist and has since worked as a producer, presenter, and a corporate lawyer in the private sector. Her previous roles include Head of State Coverage for ABC News, where she led newsrooms across the country and championed diverse, local storytelling.
Her deep expertise in both content and technology gives her a unique perspective on the evolving media landscape. Rebecca is passionate about the power of storytelling to connect communities and reflect culture, and she is committed to supporting platforms that elevate creative voices.
A founding board member of Rev and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Rebecca brings strategic insight, industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to the arts to her role on the Rev board.
