Lake is a multi-sector creative with an extensive background across film, fashion, festivals, farming, and live event production. Her experience in managing logistics, venues, and people flows seamlessly into her film work, where she has excelled as Assistant Unit Manager and Unit Manager on projects including national TVCs, TV series’ such as The Twelve (seasons 2 & 3), Population 11, Scrublands: Silver; and Feature Films such as We Bury the Dead, He Ain’t Heavy, War Machine, and End to End.

Her work can be seen on Netflix, Stan, and Binge, as well as Australian broadcasters.

With over 25 years experience in creative production environments, her work is underpinned by a passion for the arts, a commitment to community and supporting it's workers.

She is currently a MEAA Delegate to Federal Council, President of the Professional Film Crew of WA, and has held various committee and leadership roles in community collectives, not-for-profits, and creative industry initiatives over the years.
