Brief info

Grace Lam is one of Asia’s most prominent editors, stylists and creative consultants, with over 26 years of experience working in the publishing industry in Europe and Asia.

Born in Hong Kong, but lived in London most of her life. Grace began her career at the iconic i-D magazine in London as an editorial assistant and then became a fashion assistant / PA to Edward Enninful OBE who is currently the Editor-In-Chief of British VOGUE.

In 2005 she relocated to Shanghai, China where she became part of the original team to launch VOGUE China. For a decade, her role as the magazine’s Senior Fashion Style Editor saw her producing editorial content, photo shoots and events while working with local and international celebrities including Hugh Grant, John Woo, Jude Law, Maggie Cheung, Daniel Wu, Tang Wei and Fan Bing Bing. She also worked with industry greats including Wing Shya, Paolo Roversi, Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz, Steven Klein, Pat McGrath and supermodels including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bündchen, Du Juan and Liu Wen.
Grace’s work has appeared in renowned publications including VOGUE Italia, VOGUE Japan, VOGUE Australia, Harper’s Bazaar Australia, Architectural Digest and Tatler. Along with her husband Jason Capobianco they have created many quirky short films for her social media platform.

Grace fell in love with movies from a young age when her dad took her to see her first film ‘E.T' in the cinema. She is a big supporter of independent films and is an advocate for Hong Kong movies (a true Bruce Lee fan). Since moving to Perth in 2020, she has been a strong supporter of WA creatives and has collaborated with many industry talents. She is always pushing creative boundaries to help bring WA to the world stage.
